Optitask is a task automation tool which lets you program diverse tasks, more or less complex, to automatically run or follow a predefined calendar or period.
In Optitask there are actions as diverse as consultations or updates of databases, report generation, import/export, FTP transfers, SMS message sending (if you have an account with your provider), disc operations with files and folders, automatic notifications, etc.
Optitask lets you insert dynamic variables in any part of a task, and admits conditional affirmations using VBScript.
